Add Links in Members Area

I need to have a small section (3 or 4 pages) that are available to members only and I need them to find this via their Members Area. How do I add a link or links to these pages on the Members Area….and how do I make the pages I direct it to, only accessible to those who access them through their Members Area page?

The way I need it to work, all of the members will be seeing the same content on the additional pages from the additional link in the Members Area.
