Shortcodes & Conditional Statements

In Theme Options -> Page Setup -> Content Pages, is there a way to use conditional statements of any kind? Or add PHP?

For example, we want to show a custom field’s value, only if one exists. Something similar to:

if([facebook]) then [facebook]

If this is not an option, is there any way to add PHP into this editor? Any other options/ideas are greatly appreciated.
