Problem with listing package and allowable uploads

    I created my listing packages. On the first package it is a free listing with one image that is allowed to be uploaded. When I create a test listing, the space to upload photos is not there.

    When I try the other packages the listing attachments section is there, BUT it allows for as many uploads and does not stop at the set numbers that I put in my listing packages setup.
