Separate registration pages for Employer and Job Seeker

    In the Job Board Theme is there an option to have separate registration pages for Employer and Job Seeker? I notice that employer also have an option to upload resume, apply for job etc which I would like to remove. At the same time job seeker should not have an option to post jobs.

    Any suggestions?
