Problem with listing pictures

Hello,

A lot of my clients seem to have a problem when publishing a listing on my website. The problem is that the first picture they attach is not attached to their listing (although the next ones are) and the picture on the listing list shows “no image” (I can see backend that the picture was however correctly uploaded). Would someone know what the problem is?
