Taxonomy limitation

As per the video presentation given by Mark , only two sections were shown being created and linked . What if I have more than 2 sections , lets say 4 , then is it possible to get them interlinked ? For example , I selected a country , that populated list of cities in that country . Then once I select a city , and then I go to my sub location section , a list gets populated under that city and so on .
