Job Lister and Member Permissions

Hi, if someone pays to post a job listing, what information does that give them access to? Users who apply to their posting? All users registered? Can they search for resumes?

Same with members – if someone registers as a member, can they see other member profiles or resumes? I know they can communicate with each other in the member area, but just wondering how much data is visible.
