Member can´t edit/pay for a listing

Please, excuse my english, is not my language:

this is my problem

When a member set up a listing for the first time a banner with, edit /pay options is on right above the listing who is still pending until payment.

If the member doesn´t pay in that moment, the listing is not live, but the banner with the edit / Pay options never comes again when the member goies to “My Website Listings”.

the listings are there, but there´s no way to pay for them, edit, change or nothing.

i looked over and over the options, play with them etc…

i pretty much have my website all set and ready to do business is just that thing missing.
