Changed domain DP issues

I have rebuilt the responsive theme on a different server for ease but have just moved the fresh install it into it’s hosting. I have moved 100’s of normal WP themes so know the set up but with DP anything that links in the admin of the directory is going back to my test server address. I’m running it in a directory on the live server so that when it’s 100% I can just change the config, permalinks and .htaccess. Any ideas what I have missed would be of great help?? Normal internal links are fine i.e. clicking a directory item but try claim listing or join the directory goes to the old address…
