How: Floating banners on left and right side

    I use to have floating banners on left and right side of the theme before 6.4 but now due to 1170px size theme It is not possible. I am using the new orange child theme. can someone let me know how to make the width of the theme small so i can fit two 120px banners?

    by the way its for responsive coupon press theme
