Theme shows hickups with WP 3.9

Hi,
I installed the new WP version 3.9 and now have two issues with Coupon Responsive theme (version 3.6)
Attachment 1) When I want to change the publish date I used to click on ‘Bewerken’ (=change) but it does not work anymore. When you click on it, it does nothing
Attachment 2) When I want to set the coupon expiry date, I used to click on the icon to set the date. That does not work anymore. When you click on it, it does nothing.
