how to create countries cities list in classifieds responisive theme

hi everybody i am new to premiumpress i purchased classifieds responsive theme but counld not understant how its work there is no option for countries cities state i want to know how to add countries name cities name i have cvs file alsom sql for countries and cities names but dont know how to import in theme or where to add these fields anyone have idea how to add countries cities names in home page menu and also in advance search and in user ad or listing publish page suppose if someone going to post a free ad or listing there is heading title description of ad or listing maybe phone number email but there is no option of countries cities or address please help me regarding this issue
