Do Listings Auto Renew?

Do listings automatically renew at the end of the expiration date? If not, do memberships? I’m trying to figure out how best to set up the directory. I want listings / memberships to automatically charge PayPal and renew the listing for the next period.

I know the old version worked this way, but not sure about the new responsive theme.
