Contact Listing email does not contain details

First I have to say that this software is by far and away the best of its kind. Well done Mark. The ONLY issue I have is the setting of the Contact Listing email. At the moment when someone clicks on Request Details and completes the form; it is received by the agent but all it contains is the url to the property. No details of the enquirers name, email address or question.
I have searched high and low for a solution. I must be missing something very obvious but I cannot find it.
I have assigned a blank email to the form in the email management area. When I used the shortcodes (username) etc all that did was to insert the agent’s details. Please help.
