    hi i have the new version of wp. but i can not make changes on general setinggs –> Submission Settings –> Allow Visitor Submissions. and this ultimate option turn ON.

    when y tru to put at ON appear “Changes Saved Successfully”
    but when i put F5 to refresh, i dont see changes in fack

    please, man… what happen here??
