Maximum Category Listing

Following Problem

I have 3 Packages set up

1 allows 2 categories
2 allows 10
3 allows 15

when user select he can choose as many as he likes
but only the set maximum is then added

so how does user now which are added ?

where to put the info how much he can select ?

somehow not really good solution here

i asked support and i got the answer

It will only get the first 2 categories they chosen.

there must be a better solution for this
