Question: OLD Coupon theme VS Responsive

I am finding there are a number of differences between the two and I am leaning towards the responsive if not for the mobile version alone… however, the “submit a coupon” section is the part that is really killing it for me!! the old theme had a really cool looking interface when a user went to sign up for a coupon package. NOW on the responsive it just looks bare bones and janky.

My question is: is there any way around this?? For the responsive theme, Is there an option or special way to go about getting the old sign up panel back? make the new one look cooler?
