Ebay Import Not Working

Hello, I have been trying to get the ebay import tool to work buy getting this error:

I have joined to be an ebay developer but I have to wait to get approved to be an ebay affiliate. I tried to see results by using the 1-9 affiliate id e. g as you have done in the youtube tutorials but it is still showing up with the error.
