How do I set up order Confirmation Email with details?

Hi!
My client is selling tons of product each day. The confirmation emails are going out just fine but they don’t contain any real useful information. So now shes getting even more email than she can manage — customers are asking her for their order details…

How do we automate this this without making more work for the client. Are there any shortcodes that can be added to the order confirmation email that will give the customers the information they are used to getting when they shop online.

If not, can they be redirected to a confirmation page with order details.

How is everyone handling this? Or is everyone just sending out emails manually — which is fine I guess if you aren’t doing volume.
