Thumb rating system – not working

    I have the thumb rating system that came as part of v6.2 and it doesn’t seem to work properly. Sometimes I will click it and it will increment (slowly), but most times it doesn’t increment at all.

    I have raised a support ticket and had a chat to live support and they seem to think that it work, albeit slow to increment.

    Is anyone else experiencing these issues?
