Toolbox: Bulk Import Categories

Hi, I am using Responsive theme for Directory Press. I am trying to use bulk import for creating multiple categories but it is not working. I have pasted multiple categories & sub-categories in the input box and press the button Start import, it does not import but it downloads child theme, which is next tab.

I think, there is some link issue with this button.

I am using Bulk import version 6.0

Can you please check it?
