Link to Facebook redirecting to blog

Hi Mark i have included an area for members to include a link to their Facebook page but it redirects back to the blog page.I have contacted my hosting provider and the email below is the response i received. The Facebook link is on the following page https://creativehealthireland.ie/listing/discover-next-generation-acne-care/
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Looking at that example page, the website link is tracked through a script you’ve written, at https://creativehealthireland.ie/out/3812/url/
Please note that you are on Apache hosting, and looking at your htaccess file, there is only the standard WordPress rewrite defined.
We cannot assist with coding issues, as they fall outside the scope of the services we provide. This is unfortunately something that you will have to debug and diagnose yourself. If the code is managed through a plugin/proprietary code/code downloaded from another source, then you will need to contact the code’s authors about any issues
