Backing up all listings… ReInstall?

    Is this doable? Apparently my site has some sort of glitch where users cannot edit or delete listings. A ticket has not corrected the issue. Can I backup basically everything, reinstall wordpress, the theme, etc and then load the listings and users back in? Please help, thanks!
