Add "Help" icon & Tool Tip popup

I found this great little plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/infopopup/) that allows me to add either a mouseover or click tool tip using a shorcode to any page or post…

I would like to add this to the add_listing.php as well to help people add the right info as they are creating a listing.

I tried to add the shortcode via general settings>language and it didn’t work

Any Ideas?
