Categories not showing in menu builder

Hello,

I have a problem with building a categories menu. Categories that I’ve just created do not show in the wordpress menu builder, under View All tab. I can only see the default Uncategorized category. I even cleared the cache, but it didn’t help. I created most of the categories with bulk import tool, but I tried to add some manually also. Tried to create a new menu too. WordPress version is 3.8.1, and theme is responsive DT 5.7
Any ideas what could be the reason?
