Restrict access to add-listing page while keeping the ability to edit listing

Hello,

I do not want to give the ability to users to add a listing as I already have an imported listings database. Users can:

– Claim a listing
– Edit a listing

I’m using the “Permit access” plugin to restrict the access to the add-listing page. However, it also restricts the ability to edit a listing. The thing is that the add-listing and edit options seem tied together.

Add listing page = https://www.localhost.com/add-listing
Edit listing page = https://www.localhost.com./add-listing/?eid=572

Is there anyway to “un-tie” these two features?
