2 bugs with multisite !! please help

1) newly created listing by non-admin user will go 404 error as soon as it creates listing. Can see it in user area, but can’t see internal page from listing ( the one like /?post_type=listing_type&p=9999 )

2) can’t see the admin paypal button ( for testing payment without going to paypal site )

Tried today on several wpmu installs, with clean install, clean theme, wp 3.8 and directorypress theme last version ( 5.7 i guess ), and nothing goes.

I suspect of any user validation that conflicts with users structure from wpmu that might be different and causing wp to not find user when entering it’s own new listing. ( same error 404 happens if user A tries to see listings from user B )
