Listing Form: Taxonomy fields

Is it possible to change the taxonomy selection field to “select all” instead of “choose one”?

I need to be able to provide listing owners with a check all that apply as opposed to one record only. This will greatly benefit the visitors to the site in terms of how they prefer to organize the listings.
