how do i talk to someone

I have a question and i just need an anwer, how do i reach a person?
In order to do a support ticket i have to undo all of my plugins…really? I just have a question and the chat has been down for days. I purchased the shopperpress theme but want the colors of the alive furniture theme, do i really have to buy this one too. it says it is a shopperpress theme …please help
