Upgrade Submission

Hi all, first time poster, long time follower.

I have an auctionpress site all setup and working fine. I have my submission packages working fine but have been asked if i could add an ‘addon’ feature that would let say a free submission package be upgraded to allow just the featured attribute?

I have checked most of the help topics on here but could not find something on this. Is it possible just to create a ‘secondary’ child package to addon to the others at all?
