    Any ideas?

    I want to do an American price structure and UK price structure. but have all packages showing owing to the different benefits.

    So basically I have 7 packages. 3 american and 4 uk.

    I know I can simply order them 1 – 7. But I would like to group them under the respective titles. E.g

    American:
    Pack 1 pack 2 pack 3

    Uk
    Pack 4, Pack 5, Pack 6, Pack 7
