Change 'Stores' to 'Location' in Responsive Coupon Theme

Greetings,
I am sure this probably has an answer that I should be able to figure out, but can’t… that said. How can I change the default ‘Stores’ to ‘Location’ in the Responsive Coupon Theme.
I’d like the coupons sorted by location/City instead of by store and when coupons are uploaded, they need to be attached to a location.
How can I make this change and have it function properly?
