unwanted theme_taxonomy showing in category link

In this theme, we can create a custom permalink name for ‘listing’, right?

But for some places, the link still show as ‘listing’, like in the category links from each listing that shows in search results.

This also happens when it lists the categories using that Home’s block.

I only expected to see the custom permalink instead anywhere in site. Anyone just forgot to change these codes ? How ca we fix that?
