Problem with map function

I have asked before, but did not get a response, so I am trying again:
User goes in to create new listing. Uses the map search to set location.
The listing is created with the “map_location” having a different zip code than the map-zip setting, causing the search via zip code to not work. This is not an isolated incidence, it has happened with repeatedly for me. Please help me solve this, as this malfunction will make the theme useless to me. Business have to be associated with the actual zip they are located in, not a nearby zip code that seems randomly assigned.

I don’t know how to attach a screenshot, or I would. If anyone can assist and tell me how, I will gladly include a screenshot to clarify.
