ICodes Coupon Import

Hi,

I have been importing coupons through icodes for quite some time. but recently a couple of months back suddenly the coupons stopped
updating. I talked to Lee but he told me that everything is fine on his part. Now what is the issue . I tried reupdating the details in the import coupons section but I get this error (Screenshot).
What is going wrong . I haven’t changed any settings in my site for a long time. Can anyone or may be Mark can suggest a solution. Mine is a couponpress V 7.0.9.8 theme.
