Non Responsive to Responsive Questions

Exactly what is the easiest way to take my site which currently has the Non Responsive Classifieds theme to the new Responsive Classifieds theme without essentially starting over. I would like to keep my members, listings and ads as close to the same as possible. I searched the forum for help, but couldn’t find it. ANY help or even a link, is appreciated. Thanks
