@Mark: great new feature, the mailing list!
What I havent quite understood: how would the user unsubscribe? Most probably the button for unsubscribing would be expected on the widget?
As far as i know you cannot search the list for a certain email to do it by hand (- given you have some hundred mail-subscribers)?
Is it possible to connect the mailing list to the listing-subscribers – so that they are automatically part of the mailing list – or can choose to be?
Another question: How to put the widget onto a page?
I have a Plugin called “amr shortcode any widget”. With that you can put a widget into a page, works normally i think with the older widgets.
But not with this one it seems, With that the widget id (in PP) for that widget is ‘widget-16_core_widgets_mailinglist-__i__’. But that didnt work. Widget Name ‘[WLT] Mailing List’ didnt work either. Has anyone a good idea how to put that widget into a page.. ?
