Custom Query to show specific category on Front PAGE

Hi all just wondering what query I would enter in the following section in Admin under Display Settings then Home Page and in the Tabs section under Query String to show a specific category. Currently the Query String is “&order=desc” which is showing the latest products but I would like to change that to show a specific product category. Thanks in advance.
