Email short codes not working

Responsive Real Estate Theme: 5.3

I can’t seem to get the email short codes to correctly function consistently.

The short codes stated for New Listing are:

title = (title)
Link = (link)
date = (post_date)

I have created an email template which is simply:

( START OF EMAIL)
Thank you for adding your property listing to XYZ.com:
<br>
Property listing title: (title)
Date of listing: (post_date)
Link to listing: (link)
<br>
Our admin team will now …………(SOME MORE BLURB)

The email correctly inputs the (link) but does not show (title) or (post_date). Please can someone let me know if there’s something wrong with this as I’m stumped?!!
