Advanced search working correctly?

    In the Advanced search box i have the field “Author”, which I have connected in the General setup/advanced search setup with “post author” (and then test-wise with “username”).

    as a result the adv.searchbox will not find any author, i tested full name, part of the name, author with posts and without. ..?

    I switched over testwise to version 5.1 , in my opinion with the same issue.
    anybody have the same issue?
