Issues Need to be Resolved

I don’t mean to be a pain in the a** here but I have been doing a lot of testing over the past few days and I have noticed some things that should be looked into asap. I want to go live but I keep finding issues that will create a lot of problems for me once I’ve got active users on the site. I’m sure a lot of people are in the same boat.

To me these seem like some pretty important issues that should be resolved as quickly as possible…

1. When you send a message to someone you can’t see your sent messages. This should be put in place, as it’ helps keep track of messages between sellers and buyers. Very important feature to have in an auction site.

2. The feedback system should be finished… to me it seems incomplete. Both the buyer and seller should be able to leave feedback / rating. I mean what is an auction site without a good feedback / rating system ?

3. When you receive an email from the system letting you know you have a new message the short code for the “from users name” does not work, just shows blank in the email.

4. Sellers do not receive an email when the auction closes with a winning bid. I have it setup in the system emails to send it and have checked my spam / junk folder and nothing comes in.

5. Once a buyer has successfully won an item the seller must manually create a new message to the buyer. There should be an option in that listing “Contact Buyer” so the seller can simply contact buyer with the click of a button.

7. Once an item is won it should show to the seller as “SOLD” or “item Won” now I’ve noticed if you go to the auction that’s been won and try to edit it so that it shows to you “the Seller” as sold… it goes right back up on the site with timer and bids can be accepted, basically it’s once again an active listing! ???

There is more, but I will leave it at that for now as to see what comes in the next update.
