Email system not workin

Hello,
I have been setting up the e-mail system with the various mails.

I added a new user, and noone e-mail get to the user e-mail.

I tryed with the creation of 2 users, but still the same, not even the welcome e-mail.

Any sugestion ? or should i ask for a support ticket ?
