Claiming a Listing and Paying For it

If you import say 100 listings into Directory Theme with csv import … is there a way to set it up so a person who CLAIMS a lisiting is required to pay for it as part of the claiming process?

I know if a person registers on the site, you can give them the option to create a new listing and pay for it…. but what if the listing already exists (via my csv import), how can you get them to pay for claiming it?

Any ideas greatly appreciated.
