Member ID Short Code

HI first post so sorry if it is a dumb question. I sell used equipment to many countries both direct and through dealers. Using RCT and trying to build in my dealer price so that only they can see it. I can put it into each post using the [MEMBER ID] short code and including the $9,999 – that is no problem but laborious.

I have built a custom field called dealerA and can enter the price at the time I do the listing. I then hide this custom field so the nobody can see it. I would now like to use the Content Layout…Listing Page display… Customise feature to enter a shortcode that will show the dealer their buy price.

I have tried many versions of this but all that returns is a line that says id, $key, etc

I guess it is simple but I am sorry I just can’t get it to work.

Can anybody point me in the right direction.

I am very impressed with this theme – it is about the 8th one I have tried and the only one that I can get close to working the way I want without learning too much about coding. Well done to Premium Press.
