Issue with checkout / language

Something is there with register / language options.. dont know waht it is.

I looked into SP46 _language.php and language_deutsch.php same time and made sure, that there is no difference between the lines. Some had to be added. I uploaded then language_deutsch.php

The start of language_deutsch.php I left like it was. (att. pic)

At registering buttons are missing or unexplained (like attached). I think that was the same when I switched back to english language.

On the checkout page there is some explanation lacking. Although I have in my language file f.i. “Step 1… etc.”
