Make category show up on listing page ABOVE customer fields

The category (shown with header “variety” here) is displaying in the table below at the bottom. Description is not required, but when there is text it pushes variety to the bottom. It’s actually at the bottom anyway, but having Description above it really breaks up the flow of the table.

Anyway to make the Category appear above the custom fields table?
