PayPal Payment Gateway Stopped Working

    When a user tries to make a payment for their listing, the “Make Payment” button takes you to Paypal and displays:
    “Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.”

    This was working for the last few years but has suddenly stopped working – any ideas?
