please help me with first image in listing shortcode

Can someone tell me is there a way that when you use listing shortcode that the first image is the store icon instead of first image attached??? using version 8 coupon theme. Also how can attachments in listing or search page appear in order they where attached. I see sometimes first image displays in other div (like the second) instead of the first. Any help or solution will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
