Where are the Banner Advertising Options in DT9

    Hi,
    Just installed DT9 in a vanilla domain.

    We need to migrate/move from V8 to DT9.

    We have a client in one of our current directories with a 468×60 Banner in the upper right side of the site which is permanently displayed. Our client wants the banner in the same place in the new DT9.

    After testing for a few hours, just noticed that in DT9 there are almost no banner advertising options, like in V7 and V8.

    1. How can we add the Banner to the upper right side of the header?
    2. What plugins, if any, do we need?
