Video Theme Installation for a Beginner – help adding pre-installed content

    I’m new at this and installed the Video Theme. Is there a way to install the content seen in the Demo? It is easier for me to make changes to existing content versus trying to recreate the site to look like the demo site. Did I do something wrong during installation? Or is the Demo content not part of the theme’s installation package? If not, is it possible to add the Demo Content?
    Please advise.
